From the end of the forest road between the hills, a signposted route. Parked bike at high point of the logging road and extraction lanes led easily to the summit pastures, Gates in the right place so no probs with the electric fences. Small microwave relay by summit. Heavy rain at start, improving.fasgadh10/07/2020

1st log for this hill. 1St hill of four today on a route on and off the Southern Upland Way starting from Longformacus. The S.u.w drops down onto a minor road near Whitchester lodge at NT735 592 and from here I climbed over a fence and took a bearing for the 297m spot height. Lots of loose stones on summit area. I carried onto corner of fence and then into forest ride and onto track heading NE onto a minor road North of Hen Toe Bridge.Dazingdale18/05/2015
