From Sandyford. Forest track, Colin's track and push through. Colin's track starts as a trod then a bit of track then trod then all track. | chrisbien | 14/03/2019 |
After Kirkslight Hill, along forest edge. I freed a deer with its leg stuck in the fence but it seemed very weak and I'd doubt that it survived. An old track leaves the forest edge at NY223914 and passes very close to the high point, which lies somewhere within new plantings to the north. The same track then goes down to join the mapped track at NY229918. Onward to Hamlin Knowe | Colin Crawford | 06/02/2019 |
