A straightforward walk from the forestry CP near the Rest and be Thankful via the hill track, with minor diversions to Stob Coire Culach and BD's NE Top. I waited for some walkers to leave the summit; shortly after they had descended, the sun began to break through the cloud, creating a glory, the ends of a fogbow and revealing a sea of cloud. Each of the higher Arrochar summits - Beinn Ime, Beinn an Lochain and the Cobbler - was surrounded by its own cloud ring as the cloud inversion dispersed. Magical.Nick Down113/11/2021

From forestry car park, very wet underfoot after a lot of rain. Better off avoiding the path and taking to the open hillsideRockdoctor03/10/2021
