Squeezed on verge by old school to NW. Gate adjacent gives fenceless access to the summit. HP obvious but unmarked next to aerial. Today young calves in the field were very frisky so we went on a cut path through the gorse.Denise 29/09/2022

9th tump of 11 on a 43km circular route from Ballure, climbing North Barrule, Beinn Reinn, Claugh Ouyr, Slieau Managh, Snaefell, Slieau Lhean,Slieau Ouyr and Barony Hill then N, descent Nw to drop onto a lane, following this NE, veering off for Cashtal Yn Ard chambered cairn then West to drop onto a track and following this into Ballaglass Glen to continuing on a track Ene then veering off for Ballajora, crossing a large field with tractors parked around it. I crossed over a fence and then another one at the end before easily walking up to the summit, recording 187m @ SC 47232 90851. Continuation route NnE to reach lane, following this past Dreemskerry to veer off on a path SE to reach the Northern tip of Port Mooar with Maughold Head my next target...Dazingdale21/07/2018
