| Parked to the north of World's End, where the road leaves the forest and by the cattle grid. Took a track to Pt.470, from where an atv track went all the way to the summit of Eglwyseg Mountain. | Glyndyfrdwy to Coedpoeth. Final hill of the day. A very wet walk to OD from Cyrn-y-Brain then along the road. Visited the top and the trig point, the grass around it being a comfier place to halt. | Continuation of walk/run after Cefn y Cist. Followed trackless high ground NE then NW to join moorland road near Gwyter Siani. Then steeply up onto plateau.
