As AJ. Good parking and easy pasture.Campbell Singer06/05/2021
Boncyn Foel-bach - Clocaenog Forest. From the viewpoint car park to the end of the obvious forest track, simple path to fence and over BWF to top of pasture. Much better view than from the ‘viewpoint’!jacobrichmond02/11/2020

As Man of Kernow1, although path very easy going in winter and new fence is a doddle to get over.David Evans20/01/2020

Parked in the Forestry Commission viewpoint car park at SJ 05510 51986. Then took red marked trail north to forest track. Turned east and followed the track to its end. From there a faint path continued through the forest, but difficult in summer due to high bracken and brambles. Thrashed my way for 120m to a barbed wire fence on the forest edge at SJ 05770 52211. Once over (not an easy one to scale) it was a short stroll across sheep pasture to the flat grassy summit. To return, didn't fancy my ascent route, so, once over a gate near forest edge, headed steeply down in a southerly direction, following a track, to a gate onto the road at SJ 05883 51989. From there it was a road-walk back west to the car. Road dangerous, so take care!Man of Kernow129/08/2015
