From Moel Bronmiod, contouring round by the upper wall and sheepfold. Fine summit and views. Onwards to Bwlch Mawr. | Minto | 16/07/2023 |
From Moel Bronmiod on Access Land. Met back up with Minto on the summit, having parted company earlier on Gyrn Goch. | Dangerous Dave | 16/07/2023 |
Parked on a farm track just past Pen-Sarn. You can go from Llanaelhaearn and do all 6 in one day but I never have time. The farmer came down on his quad bike and I tried my best to keep up with the Welsh, he was really happy to show me the way up as there's cows with calves and it can be dangerous. We went through two gates, then a track upward, over a wall and up over some rocks. It was so windy at the top, felt like I could be blown over if I didn't hold on but it's got really nice views. | Skarletk | 01/10/2021 |

Small rock outcrop on grass moss ridge of distinctive knoll with large wild area of sheep pasture. Gorgeous sunny day to do this lovely circuit- from Bwlch Mawr. | Denise | 08/04/2018 |
Pleasant gentle descent on sheep tracks(?) from Bwlch Mawr. A few stone walls to negotiate. | RichardM | 08/04/2018 |
From Bwlch Mawr on a CW circuit of 6 hills, on to Moel Bronmiod. Parking at entrance to Ynys Ddu farm (SH 3971 4523). | jonglew | 08/09/2017 |
Anticlockwise route over 5 tops of the group. A very fine summit. Very rough going. | stig_nest | 20/07/2017 |
The walls round these parts are a pain. Followed wall S from Bwlch Mawr and were lucky with a couple of gates but final barbed-wire-fringed wall was trickier. A very shapely hill though, with weathered ditch and rampart enclosure around the top. Then back over the wall and vague farm track NE to road (and another wall to cross). | milimana | 02/03/2017 |
With Jenx on the Marilyn circuit. Fine circuit this. | nordicstar | 24/06/2015 |
From SW, path marker in farmyard has been moved but go past house, turn L then R, then obvious lane. Once across stream head due N to find gate in wall at SH42574561: wall is otherwise awkward to cross. | RHW | 23/03/2014 |
