2/5. Bryniau from Parc road the used paths to get to Bryn Coch summit by Mast then through woods and up road to gain access to farm track to Y Lordship near farm. Worked way back to Bridleway North of the farm which takes you close to Moel Hafod yr Wyn. Nasty little climb over tough ground then back to Bridleway to head round to Ffridd Trawsgoed. Another short struggle over bilberry to summit. Continue about three miles using Bridleway to reach lanes back to Parc. Bridleway becomes very wet. Nice round on a soggy day. Good views of Arenigs | nickywood1 | 28/09/2019 |
From Caer Gai farm entrance SW of Lon, followed track past farmyard and thru cattle pasture and pasture to Bryn-coch summit, pasture SW of mast s per 10k map, with another pasture summit to NE nearer wood probably lower. Then via pasture and FP to Bryniau, descended SW via RoW and back along road. Cheeky parking could be had at Lon. | RHW | 06/11/2016 |
