Saw 5 red kites in the sky. Through track in forest by farm to the South. Cows spend time on this summit. Looks better from a distance, but a nice view of Llanfechain village is to be had here.tumpawumpa30/07/2018
From ne as per stignest, parked roadside nw of start. Level pasture summit near the blasted oak, which retains a living branch. Lovely evening after a grey cold foggy morningRHW27/03/2017
From E. Bridleway from lane. Drove first 30m to park by stream. Not a lot of alternative parking spots. Followed track off bridleway which led to upper pasture. From there a simple yomp up field to b/w fence. Summit areas main feature is a dramatic looking tree which presumably suffered a lightning strike. Like many of the tumps around here the views are special.stig_nest19/04/2016
A virgin log along with Jamie Joseph and Myrddyn Phillips, on a 'Trimbling' visit at sunset and with full moon rise. Glorious.vegibagger27/09/2015
