Parked at Llynheilyn. Grass tracks almost to top. Another lamb separated from mother. En route to Cefn Perfa on descent I was pleased to see it had managed to find its way back through the fence to be reunited with mommy. Summit appears to be the recumbent standing stone SO 16687 57298. | Campbell Singer | 22/04/2023 |
From Gwaunceste Hill along good paths to base of west ridge. Through gate then right, up on short grass. Over one gate then one barbed wire fence. Summit marked by recumbent standing stone. | KeithByTheC | 27/03/2022 |
Climbed from west via 1 bwf but access through gates seems possible from the east. Great recumbent standing stone. | Rob Rees | 26/09/2020 |
Bagged on way back from Gwauncestre. Followed landrover track from Four Stones to gated corner, then fence hopped to summit. Beautiful sunny day. | RyParks | 07/04/2020 |
On the way back from Gwaunceste Hill, just as the sun was beginning to set. Followed fence line along from just above Four Stones ( one fence to hop over ). | DanMaisieBex | 29/10/2019 |
From Pool pond, small car park. Slight diversion over 2 fences. Hot, sunny, calm and good views. | iangalbraith | 19/07/2018 |
There is a small car park at about 167582 by the lake. Took the track for a few yards then the track that heads off uphill to the right before following a fence line left and then heading half right across open pasture to the summit. The boulder is easy to climb. There is even a smaller rock to help you step up. | clivevilla | 23/11/2017 |
