From car park at the pass, clockwise circuit around forest to summit, then down and back up through quarry, then onto Carrig Lladron and back to car. 7.5 miles, pleasant circuit but wet underfoot in parts. | JulieB | 29/12/2023 |

From car park to E. up wide, well-used path to large summit cairn & toposcope which was erected in 1982 to mark the 30th anniversary of the inauguration of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. No views this morning; lingering early morning mist. | gerrybowes | 06/07/2022 |
Fifth of 6 tops on a wonderful walk across Mynydd Preseli from Crymych to Newport. After Foel Cwmcerwyn, the lovely sun of earlier gave way to mounting cloud coming from the east. Really wanted to get up here in sunshine and it became a race between me and the clouds. Despite best efforts the cloud arrived over the summit five minutes before I panted and puffed to the top, cursing spending too much time sitting around earlier. Shame, but still a wonderful top. The last of the tops heading west, from here I turned northwards for one last pull. | thesweetcheat | 26/04/2022 |
Eleven mile walk along the Preselli Hill with Mog. Dropped off near Foel Drygarn and from there to Carn Menyn, Carn Sian, Foel Cwmceryn and Cerrig Lladron (the latter a repeat from a couple of days before) before descending to our cottage for the week at Tregynon. Clear but strong wind. Good day out. | Herbert Anchovy | 19/04/2022 |
Early morning ascents of Cerrig Lladron and Cnwc yr Hydd. This one a straightforward walk from the pass. Looked down on our holiday cottage at Tregynon in Cwm Gwaun. Sunny morning with cold wind. | Herbert Anchovy | 17/04/2022 |

A traverse of the Preseli Hills, starting from the car park at the top of the pass (SN 075 322). West up to Cerrig Lladron first, then back to the pass and east along the ridge to Foel Cwmcerwyn (previously bagged as a Marilyn in 2018, today as a Dewey), then on to Carn Sian, Carn Menyn (nice scramble to summit), and the fort at Foel Drygarn. Then direct route back to the car. 22.5km with 700m ascent in 5h40m. (S) | silveracorn_alan | 08/08/2021 |

1.2 mile out-and-back from highest point of B4329, followed very easy trail up to cairn and toposcope on summit, amazing views all round on this sunny afternoon. When we started the walk there were a lot of people on the hill, when we descended everyone had gone. Earlier that day we did an 11.8 mile circular taking in Mynydd Carningli, Mynydd Caregog, Mynydd Melyn and Mynydd Dinas. | DanTrig | 06/09/2020 |

Did as part of a traverse of the Presellies from Crymach to Newport. Had to take the viewfinder data on trust as was a bit hazy when I was there. Would love to be back when it was clear. | Alan Moore | 02/01/2019 |

Parked at the bealach between Cerrig Lladron and Foel Cwmcerwyn. Bagged Cerrig Lladron first, returned to the car for some lunch and then climbed Foel Cwmcerwyn. The bridleway marked on the map seems to be patchy, but there's a well worn, if somewhat boggy, path to the summit. With Keith and baby Ross. | islamidget | 03/07/2017 |
