From the ne car park. Spectacular views of dam and mesmeric overflow. Up through pleasant woodland.Campbell Singer22/12/2023
slopes absolutely covered with bluebells- beautiful. Steep ascent through oaks from large free dam view carpark. HP is in levelish area of bilberries and heather. Low cloud and drizzle obscured views but it's an area of surprisingly dramatic mountain scenery.Denise 11/06/2021
From the car park on NE side of hill. Open Oak wood carpeted in Bluebells the sopping wet bracken to summit knoll. Dreek and mist, dam just discernable through the greyness.RichardM11/06/2021
