Self and dog, from Dubston to the east (park by the wheelie bins). The north side of Manabattock Hill has been recently fenced and planted with trees; if approaching from Black Hill you now turn north along the fence line, then contour round to NE and rejoin the outward route at the gate NJ538205.Invicta1421/09/2021

From layby through rough track to Littlewood good track all the way, came down over Black Hill, planned Manabattock but light was fading, lovely weather, great views to Tap o’ Noth & BennachiePDuncan8220/01/2020
From Dubston, circuit of Lord Arthur's Hill, Edinbanchory Hill, Brux Hill and Clova Hill. Great views and easy walking on mostly good tracks. Had intended to include Manabattack Hill but track branching off at 545201 not apparent on ground and fenced off.rjf3502/01/2020
We parked at the entrance to Dubston and set off on a counter clockwise circuit of the Correen Hills. The path to Clova Hill is delightful, passing an old quarry en route, and only leaving the path for the last couple of hundred metres to the trig. A grassy path continues around Badingair Hill then SW on to Brux Hill and Edinbanchory Hill before a sharp turn eastwards up to Lord Arthur's Hill. An ATV track leads to Black Hill then a short section over heather joins another track to a brand new deer and rabbit fence skirting Manabattock. Fortunately there is a gate at the end of this track, allowing access over heather and through open woodland to a small stone summit cairn. Made it back to Dubston by following the deer fence northwards. About 3.5 hrs to do the whole circuit.summitter13/10/2019
From good grass parking at Dubston, NJ548200. Around back of the property, along level lane then up Fouchie Shank, direct to top - a nice, energy efficient route, no meanderings, no wastefull downs and ups.Isbjorn25/05/2019
From Lodge to south, spot height 178. Parked on verge with permission - do not drive up excellent tarmac road thru' wood north - private road. Lovely walk up on mapped tracks. After all old buildings (but before new green shed), left on grassy tractor trods towards bracken. Track soon evident and good all way to topcarole engel26/10/2018

Here for the trgipoint. TP:UK log: Ascent from parking spot on A944 via a rough track to Littlewood Park then up a steep estate track only shown on 1:25k and back via the other track shown on the 1:50k. Robbie ran after a deer on the first rough track and then a few sheep way off in the distance on the estate track giving Mr TJR more than enough exercise chasing after him for one day!thejackrustles08/09/2018

Parked on busy A944 in a layby. In full rain gear. On road for 800m through gate house to estate and up to the House around the back on bridal track away from buildings on contour to a delightful green track in a groove on the hillside. An absolute gem. To junction of tracks and followed in a wide arc to a group of trees just before brow of hill. Beeline for top over deep heather. Trig 7120 on its own with windbreak 100m away. 11.30. Tremendous view over the Don.arranc19/06/2004
