4/6 on a circular from Cemmaes. Approached from sth, Pen Commins Coch, using foot-paths and a very little bit of lane. Well-marked section of path even when passing between houses and through private gardens. Once out of the woods at top of climb turn left, pass through gate next to ruined cottage and summit is a little way on the left. On to Gwern-y-Bwlch | Meanderer | 07/05/2023 |
Parked at 85355 04854, up a track then left to the top of Gwern y Bwlch, then followed GW over towards Pen-y-Gyrn (both possible tops, then a detour to Pen Coed Glyntwymyn on the way back. | clivevilla | 02/01/2023 |
After pen-y-gyrn, w-e traverse, w summit could be higher but rather flat, knoll in pasture. E summit more pronounced, small clearing with no sight line to west summit. Returned E to road. | RHW | 08/04/2017 |
