Parked at 26178 15475 and decided to approach from the east along the road to Woolstone. This worked well for Woolstone Hill but not so well for the continuation to Pen Clog y Fran which involved a boggy walk through woodland and a wade across a river. Luckily it was only a bout a foot deep.clivevilla21/03/2023
Drove from Swansea after finishing work at 13.00. Took route used by RHW but returned the same way after second hill. No detours!Dusty17/06/2017
RoW from N to Woolstone, awkward fence/stream; hp SN 25171 15509 pasture e side of hedge. Then gates and frisky cattle pasture west to Clog-y-fran. Hp SN 24264 15383 nettly pasture near ancient ash tree. Descended N to track, minor detour into yard to bypass impassible section of path, setting off cctv and voice message. RoW on track out, overall lovely walk. 25k mapping v useful.RHW23/07/2016
Pasture summit. Some nasty hedges to navigate through.Adrian18/03/2016
