Summit areas has been felled and is covered with brash. Good wander around with Abney to conclude that HB GR is correct. This is actually quite close to the track. Good views under grey skies with an emerging patch of blue. from Pencraig Abercwmboi and onto carn y Pigwyn.Denise 08/01/2023

Parked at 02696 95727 and did a circuit of Tylorstown Tip, Cefn Gwyngul, Coed Cae Aberaman and Pan Craig Abercwmboi. Just under nine miles almost all on forestry tracks. Coed Cae Aberaman has changed from the photo as there has been more felling. In fact it was continuing today but I managed to get round the back.clivevilla22/11/2022

Solo walk from Cwmbach station on Bank Holiday in grotty weather, mist and mizzle. Much of the forestry to the east and west of the summit ridge has been felled, the summit itself is still in the trees. From here headed off to find the cairns to the east.thesweetcheat29/05/2017
