From Lliswerry Pond, up towards the summit via Lliswerry Road and Vaughan Williams drive, but the reservoir gates were locked so a quick diversion via the path to Aberthaw Close, into Ladyhill Wood, and then up to the high point along the fence line near the mastsMariana Trench17/11/2017

From n as JG, path up thru wood to small gate in compound fence, ST 34413 88308, scrambled up and looked down on hp which is maybe 1ft higher but man made, like others didn't feel need to climb inside . Unclear where natural hp would have been; os spot ht is inside between resrs.RHW16/10/2016
Parked on Ringwood Hill (road) on N side of the hill. Up though scrubby woodland to compound security fencing; scaled fencing easily enough but declined to go over due to unknown egress route. However, there was no ground I could see that was higher within the compound.jonglew23/06/2016
To rear of houses in thick undergrowth. Not a good place for a summit.Campbell Singer18/05/2016
Found route to rear of compound in the end. Managed to reach fence line next to mast and gain access over double fence via young trees. Not so easy to get back out.Dusty28/02/2016
