From Kilham Hill via the middle top. Very easy terrain. Good view of the hunt taking place to the west. (Do they have to have a good working knowledge of the Scots loopholes too?). Beautiful day, ridiculously warm for February.fasgadh23/02/2019
Third hill of the day, very fast terrainColin Crawford19/09/2018
HP by trig and stone wall by gate post in sheep pasture. Good views of Cheviots and rolling valleys on bright day.Denise 18/12/2017
On traverse of the ridge. Grassy summit crossed by NW-SE trending wall. Trig point over natural high point, unnatural rock grass mound on SE side of gate slightly higher. Good views, cloud rolling over summit of The Cheviot.RichardM18/12/2017
From Longknowe Farm. Eldonsburn Shank - Coldsmouth Hill - Haddon Hill (2tops) - Longknow Hill (2 tops) - Kilham Hill - Longknowe. Access and paths obvious and available. A lovely circuit with good views.Moorponder14/07/2017
From the NE Top. Has trig S.7436 buried in nettles next to gate and wall. The return diagonal descent via the slopes of the NE Top through deep wet bracken, grass and thistles was no fun at all.Aye Jimmy17/07/2016
Parked at the cattle grid just south of Longknowe Farm. Took this hill as part of a circular walk taking Coldsmouth Hill as the first point of call. If you are just doing this hill there is access to the fells through a gate opposite the farm leading up to the open access area and the col.moorsman29/07/2015
On own starting from Hethpool CP. 9 Tumps: White Hill, Kilham Hill, Longknowe Hill NE top, Longknowe Hill, Haddon Hill, SW top, Coldsmouth Hill, Madam Law and Ell's Knowe. Good round, but the ascent of Kilham Hill from the South was horrendous. Only route follows a fence to col between KH and Longknowe NE top, but this is through shoulder high bracken and nettles - not good in shorts.Crib Goch20/06/2014
Circular walk from large car park at end of minor road at NT 89372 28034. Including White Hill, Kilham Hill, Longknowe Hill NE Top, Longknowe Hill, Haddon Hill and Great Hetha.David Gradwell27/03/2010
