Started from the small free car park at NN 86435 22575. Took the purple trail NE over the viewpoint 241m top, then joined the blue trail. Continued on the track around the summit. At NN 87369 23532 I took a narrow path that wound up through the now felled area to the summit, continuing to join the blue trail back at NN 87069 23345. 3.6km, with 125m of ascent.Man of Kernow110/08/2023

Parked at the end of Knock road, walked through a lane and then a cut up to the car park. Followed main path over the Knock view point and along thr ridge to the summit ( which has recently been felled so good views all around), went left from summit down to main forest track clockwise around the hill and back to the car park,then back to car.
