Logged Descriptions  (logged by 16 users)ByDate of Ascent
Ran across the A1, up the road from Lindisfarne Inn and back along the path from the NE to Kentstone Hill in the middle of a field. On down past Mount Hooly, across the A1 again, and over to Fenham Hill, before heading to the railway line, phoned the signalman to check all was good, then along past Beal and back to the hotel.madaddo23/01/2022
The hardest part of this hill is crossing the A1 during the day! Parking alongside the easternmost bungalow, through a gate and a short cross-field tripmoorsman30/09/2021
Parked on grass verge just to SE of farm. Metal gate to SE of small allotment unlocked so wandered up side of crop field to summit. Up and down in 5 minutes.Wheelsy30/08/2019
Metal gate at E end of houses at Fenhamhill, along edge of barley field then step over fence into field behind masts. Flattish pasture or hedgerow. Visit to Lindisfarne postponed - causeway under water.Aye Jimmy29/07/2016
