Trouble free access right up to the wall behind the trig point. Break in the wall allows access into the woods and therefore the summit. Lots of locals as it is the preferred dog walk.moorsman24/09/2022
Parked at SD505839. Kissing gate leads into woods; non-PFP zig zags up through woods to mast compound, past this to top in woods (not trig).Isbjorn15/02/2022

Car bagging with Dugswell. Circuit from Heversham Church.Smudge22/11/2019
Walked up from Heversham Church, using the lane beside the church and then third footpath on the left. This leads directly up, through a bridle gate in the big wall, to the trig point, then handy gate gives access to the wooded summit. On way down walked over to the Millennium viewpoint and down diagonally to the church creating a pleasant circular walk. Fantastic views down the Kent Estuary to Arnside.nickywood109/11/2019

Walked up the side of the wood from the east - first to the trig point and then, by a convenient gate, to the true summit in the wood.JohnW07/04/2018
Beautiful clear and crisp winters day. Whilst there is a commanding view from the top, there is little to recommend this walk. It is just a straight up and down climb across a farmers field.Chris Terrey 07/01/2018
