From the impressive cleft landing to south. Up the left gully to summit disturbing eagles on the way resting in the heat of the day. RHSoc trip organised by Dangerous Dave. 5/6 islandN.Morters18/06/2023
A Four Tops (great band!) circular with Dave Chapman. Alighted the tender in the sea cut at the end of Gleann Mor then headed up the increasingly slabby Carnach. Over the gap to Carn Ghaltair then down her SE flank to capture Aird Phabach then Cnoc a' Ghlinne Mhoir. A great wee circuit that took around 70 minutes to complete.summitter18/06/2023

Boat organised, thanks to Alastair. Partly sunny, great views.iangalbraith07/09/2021
Dropped off on the west side, and picked up at Bagh Ban. Easy, fast walking on the way up, because this island is grazed by sheep; short vegetables and sheep tracks to follow. Madly, I decided to traverse around the N of the island to the pick up point. Good at first on sheep tracks, then terraces of small cliffs made for interesting route finding. Good views though, and a nice beach at the end. Probably easier not to avoid the pesky tump.Gill06/08/2018
Drop off from Francis in the bay at 631921. Climb to the summit with (4) and headed for Carnach. Pick up at Bagh Ban on the east side. 90 minutes and under 2 miles.bolton06/08/2018

Mingulay Boat Trips father(Francis) & daughter( Rebecca) gave excellent service - a skilled team. Thanks Norman for arranging the five island adventure. Nine hill baggers (6 of which were on the Sep 2017 St Kilda adventure) - all of us visited the five SIB-Mas, with some doing the odd Tu or two. Good company, good weather & a super adventure.ger23/05/2018

Bishops Isles trip on Boy James. From NE bay easily up to summit, across to Carnach and then down tricky ground with long grass and steep bits to Bagh Ban. Frustratingly run out of time for Maldoanich due to slow walker on previous hills holding us up.AndrewFinnimore15/08/2017
