Tight parking for 1 car by start of path to SSW. Straight up & down. | jimbloomer | 10/03/2015 |
The easiest of hills with a wall free diversion from the fp to the west passing through the same field. However before 'summiting' we took shelter in a half collapsed barn as the expected cold front arrived (20 minutes before we made it back to the car) bringing a heavy hail shower which bounced off the tin roof. This minor but shapely hill appears to give its name to the small settlement called The Hill, strung alongside the main road to the east. | Chris Pearson | 26/12/2014 |
