There is a No Parking sign at Hall Farm (to NE) but owner said OK to park on left hand verge of track/road. From mapped track, there is a mountain bike track to summit - leave track to pick it up at SE 0365 0203 (runs parallel to track and not visible from track)carole engel08/09/2018

Started from parking near telephone box in Hurst. Followed road then bridleway, and track to ridge wall, then along to summit. The summit referenced NZ 03320 01864 and summit photo above are actually on the north side of the wall! Also visited embedded stone on south side of wall thanks to crumbling gap in wall.Fisky Boy04/06/2017

Gently uphill from Hurst past old miners' spoil-heaps, into quite a strong headwind and the odd hailshower. Been here years ago mineral hunting with my lad.Aye Jimmy08/01/2015
Bridleway from Hurst (good parking).jimbloomer06/02/2014
From small grassy area at end of tiny minor road from Fremington at NZ 04498 00111. Got to this point in 4x4 Yeti. Glad of the extra ground clearance as there are some severe humps in this road. Walked up track then took path on left c80m before reaching wall. This path is not shown on maps but it is a good one as it follows the edge for the best views. There are stiles or gaps in all the cross walls and the path provides unhindered access to the highest point.David Gradwell29/10/2013
