Parked in Coniston Cold, along the track and up Winterley Cobba from the south before making my way across to Pot Haw Hill. A course for some sort of horse event was marked out with flags which made much of it easier.clivevilla09/06/2020
From Pot Haw Hill. Weather warming up but feeling colder owing to wind and damp. On to Steeling Hill.Wycombe Wanderer03/02/2019

Parking area down Moorber Lane from where an artificial horse track leads across to just north of the duck ponds. Turn south down by the ponds and the summit can be seen across the shallow valley. Very easy walk with gates between fields.moorsman18/10/2018

Continued from Pot Haw Hill by descending SW to near end of little tarn then following tracks, fields, gates past a wood to rough pasture leading to flattish top. Not far away is tiny copse inside which resides a cubic concrete water(?) tank.Aye Jimmy07/08/2014
Parked in Coniston Cold and walked up to Pot Haw Farm with easy access to the summit through fields with a coarse set out for horses. Then through similar fields to bag Winterley Cobba. Then joined the bridleway below Stainton Cotes to get back to Coniston Cold. A lovely area to explore even with Martin Richardson.Dugswell209/12/2013
