Solo from Chelmorton to Chelmorton Low then over to Sough Top and back to the village.Glenelg19/04/2023
Parked by Church Inn. Though gate to access land, bridleway going NW then farmer's track slanting back to just below the summit. From the HP a more obvious track went S, easy to zigzag down steep ground just above bridleway. Our luck with the showers ran out on this hill, which looked worth spending longer upon. Instead, we hurried down and enjoyed sitting by the stove in the inn with a super pint of Pedigree.pwheeler16/03/2023

As David Evans. Easy parking on Senners Lane at junction with A5270 at SK 1122 7095 - Over stile & along RoW to gate in corner of field - Through gate into access land & up over pasture to both tumuli. Lots of pats, but no cattle. (S)gerrybowes13/11/2020
Parked at end of the road to the south in Chelmorton, through the gate on to the steep hillside and straight up. Cattle at the top but they ran off when I got there. I thought we were going to have a stand off as they were on the summit to start with.clivevilla28/10/2020

Quick bag from Chelmorton, fairly steep pull up grass to summit tumuli. Earlier that day did a 8 mile walk re-bagging Black Edge and Combs Head. Afterwards bagged nearby Sough Top trig. High cloud and warmish all day.DanTrig08/04/2018
