Solo from P at Glen Artney Church, SW along road through gate before bridge over Water of Ruchill, following S bank and turning S v steeply up Am Beannan and on path SW to MC summit. Followed SMC Grahams and Donald circuit: Am Beannan - Meall Clachach - Uamh Bheag W and E tops - Beinn Odhar - Beinn nan Eun. Rime on the ground helped with the peatier sections. Otherwise Spring-like, with a skein of geese flying North, bright sun and a cloud inversion.Nick Down121/01/2017

Solo; P at Glen Artney church, walked SW along road and through gate before bridge; continued on rough terrain beside the Water of Ruchill and across an old partial bridge over Allt Ollach, past a croft ruin and steeply up Am Beannan then on broad ridge to Meall Clachach and onward to Uamh Bheag, heading later to Beinn Odhar. Sub-zero with ground frost at start, developing into a warm day when the sun rose over the hills.seumas17/10/2015
