Parked and ascended as gerrybowes. There was some snow and low cloud and part of the steep path had fallen away so the scrambling was, although no problem, a little more difficult than it might otherwise have been.clivevilla24/01/2018
Circuit from Roach End: The Roaches - Hen Cloud - Ramshaw Rocks - Gradbach Hill.Tony J04/11/2017
From Tea Rooms up path to N of ridge - along ridge to top. Nice cake and coffee afterwards.arranc21/08/2017
From Ramshaw Rocks via Gradbach Hill, Luds Church and The Roaches ridge. A really satisfying loop and a great way to finish off the Staffordshire Tumps. This summit was picked as the final one just because it had the cutest name. Though to be truthful it's as good a hill as any in the whole county. Watched a pair of climbers for a short while before leaving the summit for a couple to enjoy to themselves.stig_nest24/06/2017
Walked from Hen cloud to The roaches before it started to rain.Joel45126/02/2017
If parking on the road to the north west, after passing through the access gate dont go through the gate 100m on the right. This is a dead end. Climb to the col and it is an easy walk from there. 0.85miles return, 25 minutes, 315 ft ascent.moorsman20/01/2017
Parked at SK 00584 61927. Followed p/f in North-Eastish direction to col, then South-Eastish to summit.David Evans11/12/2016
Parked opposite tea shop and scrambled up the steep west face where there is a good path. Returned via Field House.Campbell Singer03/11/2016
Walked round from the track below The Roaches House. Some of the marked Footpaths on the OS seem not to exist - or to require ropes rather than boots! Great viewsMrChris198013/09/2016

Plenty of parking on nearby road, took the fairly short walk up via a clear footpath, quite a steep ascent but shouldn't be an issue for most people. Superb views over the landscape.muzza221/09/2014

The first summit of the day having parked on the road opposite The Roaches tea rooms. This was a 9.1mi circular. walk with my girlfriend Sheeba and her black labrador Biscuit. We took a fp directly up from the access land that meanders past the steep crags eventually leading to the craggy tors. The Wind was so strong and I had to edge myself on my belly onto the Summit Tor.Dazingdale16/03/2014
