Parked at ///sage.florists.glides (what three words address) Follow the track west, just after a lone post showing a footpath marker a, clear track diverges to the right contouring / rising slightly. The path passes a large rock, and 20 paces further there is another large rock. Head NE and the summit is there, 20 or 30m, at the heighest point. Nothing obvious marks it.Malcvolm11/10/2021
Parked at road jct to SE. Along RoW to the south and then good path along the edge.Moorponder05/07/2021
3/4 Parked as suggested at the tea shop farm and then up from the west, on along the ridge to trig at The Roaches, continued to visit the Lud Church (chilly little rock chasm) and over the river to Gradbach Hill, along its ridge and back to Ramshaw rocks. A pleasant four hour circuit bofore our drive home. Muggy but nice fresh air up here.nickywood113/06/2021

A grand circular walk visiting Hen Cloud, Ramshaw Rocks, Gradbach Hill, and finishing with an exhilarating walk across the classic Roaches ridge. Amazing views from the Roaches in the very clear air. 14km with 570m ascent in 4 hours.silveracorn_alan12/04/2021

Parked ESE at 00839 65057, up on to access land and I too went right too early. I came down the correct path which leaves the track more or less opposite a stile on the left.clivevilla28/10/2020
Loop round from the roaches. Hen Cloud, Ramsdale Rocks, Gradbach Hill, popped into Lud's Church before finally topping the Roaches. 16.59km in 3hrs 50 (including lunch stop and plenty of mucking around on Ramsdale Rocks)Nicky C25/10/2020

From SE. Do not make my mistake and head for the east top. There is no path from it to the west top and some atrocious terrain between. Nice area though, surrounded by hills and away from busy roads. Last hill of the day, finishing at 17:30 and car reading 23 degrees!Wycombe Wanderer13/09/2020

It was hard because of all the plantation around there. There was a lot of holes there and I kept falling in them. I went with my family.speedyclimber08/08/2020
Room to park at SK 00848 65057. Follow moorsman's advice and use the ridge path. We made the mistake of trying the direct route to the summit which was very hard going, but found the path on the way back. 43m ascent. With family except Evie.RoguePulsar08/08/2020
From the southeast. I went up as soon as I reached access land and met tussocky ground. It is probably better to go further along the path before heading to the top. I did the nearby, but lower, rock pinnacle. Went down the permissive path that reaches the ROW at SJ 99458 65566.Alan Moore30/06/2020

From the Roaches. Along RoW across Black Brook, then immediately left. Found good narrow track that joins RoW s of summit. Doubled-back right along RoW to reach summit plateau. Decent path along the edge before cutting off to unmaked summit in heather. KeithByTheC06/03/2020
From road bend ESE, along good track, once through gate, ignore tracks to right and keep going until track along the edge that leads to rock outcrops which are only marginally lower than HP.PeterD29/11/2019

Some hats work terrain and a big rock outcrop, just to the south, that needs an Abney level to determine if it might over-top the moorlandvegibagger18/01/2018
