From car park to south then along disused railway (very busy with cyclists) and through fields. Heavily fortified, route not recommended.Wycombe Wanderer17/04/2021

In mist from cutting. Went up Caskin Low by mistake first - wooded hill worth a visit.davechaffey21/12/2020
Diversion from Tissington Trail.PGCE08/08/2020
Parked in Parsley Hay and approached via the Pennine Bridleway which is a disused railway. Then over a gate and wall and up to the top. There is one more wall and bwf which has three different barbed wire strands to cross over.clivevilla15/06/2020
Field path from the S to farm were permission sort of given to visit the summit as there was some doubt whether it was on their land. Hard to imagine it isn't. Very muddy track through wood to summit pasture with mound and trig to N. Horizontal sleet.RichardM28/01/2020

Parked at Parsley Hay Car Park. Tissington trail - then across fields.David Evans12/01/2019
Here for the trigpoint. TP:UK log: Drove up to farm and asked at farmhouse. Owner doesn’t own farm but informed us farmer wasn’t in but it should be ok and just to be careful with the cows as they had calves.thejackrustles08/07/2018

Parking at the Parsley Hay car park (alt 336m)which gives access to the Pennine Bridleway. Follow this as far as an obvious cutting from where you can cross the fields to the summit. 3.92 km return. 60 minutes, 128m acscent.moorsman08/03/2018

£1.50 to park for one hour at the Parsley Hay car park then down the Tisssington Trail under railway bridge then through undergrowth to get into sheep field via one of two areas where the wall has fallen down. Then just a double fence to negotiate with quiet suckler cattle to gain trig and Tump summit just through open gate.Dugswell202/11/2017

Drove up to farmyard to seek permission. Nobody at home except barking dogs. Slipped round the houses to the left and over a gate and easily up to top. Farmer arrived as I returned to car but wasn't interested in what I was doing.Campbell Singer11/10/2016

From Parsley Hay car park down High Peak Trail and Tisssington Trail then cut off half left up pasture after cutting and bridge to gain trig - one awkward wall and followed by sheep again- think they must have been expecting food !Mark Sims01/01/2016

From road to E at f/p sign, then directly to summit, tricky in places. Visibility barely 100m so no views today.Aye Jimmy10/02/2015
I drove up to the farm and found someone to ask permission from who told me a way up through the wood though on returning I was questioned by another farmer there. Another nice peak near the trig.Father Ted08/02/2015
I left this one 6 months ago because of access doubts. Beautiful day today with snow and sun. Parked at Pasley Hay: No problem reaching the top from just S of the railway cuttingGordonAdshead04/02/2015
