From Carron Valley reservoir main car park. Well sign posted route in persistent rain with some shelter from the lone trees near summit for coffee (no views) - if only Little Bin was as easy! Rain stopped around 1400 which meant I was at least dry on my return to the car.Buck21/02/2024

From Todholes car park - beware, it gets busy at weekends. A very easy walk, just follow the signposts and the white way markers along the forest roads and then the good, grassy path up the hill past a picnic bench. A surprisingly good hill, with a proper ridge and a pointy summit.Gill15/05/2021

Lovely day, lovely views, popular hill (especially for a Thursday afternoon)nix_snilloc18/09/2020
The Wet One! It started raining half way up but we decided to power on through. This hill is clearly popular as, even in the rain, there was a constant stream of people both up and down. Lesson learned today: We ALL need better waterproof clothing!ClanLawrence23/08/2020
Cycled from Todholes (11:10) for about 2km till the track turned uphill, then walked through the woods to the high point and up the very pleasant ridge to the summit. Overcast, but good views. Lots of people. Back same route with detour to see the plane fragment near the top. Finished 13:10.dbb24/07/2020

Started at the Todholes car park. Lots of forest gave way to the summit ridge where there was a biting January wind. Nice hill, although weather could have been nicer. A bike would have worked well.Pete R12/01/2019
