3rd hill of 4 today on a tough and wild route from Haworth to Oakworth via Withens Height and Little Wolf stones, followed by a wild traverse NE over Keighley Moor, Round Hill, over Long gate, Copt Hill and Green Aden to take Pole Road to minor road at Green Sykes farm , over a wall at jct with access land, up through gate and direct to top through break in wall and straight up to Trig and summit. Descent via Mast access track to Tarn Lane,fp and mino road to Gooseye. Last Hill: Branshaw moor.Dazingdale19/03/2017

Bradford & Leeds tump day with Darren. Short track above the steep drop to the industrial archaeology conservation hamlet of Goose Eye with its old rag mill (rags were turned to pulp for paper) and workers cottages on the steep hillsides. The conservation report states that the hamlet of Laycock has a birds eye view of Goose Eye (another bird's eye).Chris Pearson25/07/2016
