I walked past the trig point with the Nottingham HF walking group. I was given the task of leading at very short notice so had to sort out a route. We approached from Bull hill lane to Kerridge end and then a track leads up past Marksend quarries to the ridge. The views are great. We had our picnic lunch beside White Nancy, that was really nice. Afterwards we descended the steep slope and profiled round to a different footpath and followed the gritstone trail back to Teggs nose country park | Dazingdale | 20/05/2012 |
