3 of 5 Parked near Kildale station. From captain monument down to dikes lane and straight across before taking footpath on left that leads to summit. Break at the top and dinner near what looked like a mini inaccessible pinnacle on SkyeThe-Z-Man12/11/2023
Parked above Gribdale Terrace for a circuit of Easby Moor, Cliff Rigg, Roseberry Topping and Great Ayton Moor.PGCE08/10/2023

Parked on Aireyholme Lane and Followed Gordon Adshead's route (it's a gate not a stile). Straightforward with predictably fine view of Roseberry Topping. On to Roseberry Topping.Wycombe Wanderer16/10/2022
EVFC club run from Great Ayton via Roseberry Topping. Ascent from top path in Newton Wood.paulcook280929/03/2022
Easily parked near the new style at NZ 5784 1147, up the excellent FP to the top. Lovely sunny day, but the final rise up a steep muddy bank was a little hard in crutchesGordonAdshead17/11/2021

5.5 mile circular from car park north of Easby Moor, followed field paths and minor roads then across to and through woods onto Cliff Rigg, from there we followed footpath to Roseberry Topping (2nd time bagged, first time in 2004!), then along Cleveland Way towards Great Ayton Moor, approached summit from north following under-used footpath then we headed quite easily across moor to Cleveland Way and back to car park. Afterwards drove to and bagged Gisborough Moor, cloudy with rare sun, plenty of people about.DanTrig20/10/2020
An easy diversion from the path up Roseberry Topping. An interesting hill. The quarrying has left a pinnacle just by the high point. This was easily climbed but the holds felt a bit loose.Alan Moore01/09/2020

Parked at picnic sire to the WNW before heading straight up the mostly paved path to Roseberry Topping. Great hill and a shame it has to be paved but I accept that it does. Then headed over to Cliff Rigg before a pleasant walk back through the woods.clivevilla10/09/2018

3 hr lovely evening circular walk with Darren from Great Ayton starting with this top. Climbed a protruding rock tower (a bit loose) -after D did it first, which projects out over the old quarry, joined to summit ridge by a saddle. Shame this is not the main summit! Archaeological dig on way up uncovering remains of James Cook's boyhood home(possibly).Chris Pearson27/07/2016
