Revisit after coming over to bag Duggleby Wold. Went for another beautiful circular walk, parking by the trig point. With Alfie. A cold icy fog made it very atmospheric. We then drove to Birdsall so I could bag Birdsall Brow (237m) - a Dewey Notable Hill Top.Dangerous Dave07/12/2020
Well you can hardly call it 'an ascent' - pretty much a flat walk from where you can park your car. I note that the site of the millennium beacon brazier is a few hundred metres to the west - with less obstructed views than the technical summitM3WDD02/09/2020
Revisit to bag new top. Parking alongside trig point then a 2 minute walk down the track opposite. Still unsure that this is the actual summit though! Ground alongside trig point has my vote!!!moorsman29/08/2020

Parked up by the compound and then went for a lovely circular walk. Down through the woods and then left along a good path taking us back up the hill. Well worth a stroll & highly recommended. With Eire, Evan, Sail, Coel & Alfie.Dangerous Dave10/04/2016
As Aye Jimmy. Ground by track at corner of wood is higher than trig.David Gradwell10/01/2016
Parked by Yorks Water's Settrington service reservoir. There's a trig about 20m along track to N but high point seems to be 50m along lane on opposite side of road, near corner of wood and field.Aye Jimmy17/10/2014
