Parking in pub carpark (closed on the day of my visit) Short walk to the west along the road then public footpath signposted north down the track. On reaching the fortified compound there is a small gate in the hedge at the top of the bank (needs climbing) or a stile to the west. Then grass to the top.moorsman29/12/2014
