Parking is difficult. Ended up in Aston on Clun Community Shop and Village Hall cp. Lane from the east was very waterlogged. Up pasture and the over bwf into forest. Then used tracks to pleasant summit. Descent straight down to road is OK. Then along main road back to AoC. Not too busy on. Sunday morning.Campbell Singer22/12/2019

First of an excellent circuit of tumps from Hopesay on a beautiful Spring day. Took bridleway SW from village, then R at path junction. On entering the wood there is a welcome sign inviting walkers to enjoy the paths. Pleasant top reached by nice grassy ride. Onward to Burrow.milimana23/04/2017

As RHW. On leaving the road I took the left fork as the right fork had clear private property signs. This meant I had to scramble up a bank to get to the higher path.clivevilla31/08/2015
