Round of the 2 Nesscliffe tumps to relieve a tedious Friday afternoon crawl up to North Wales with Steve G.Smudge16/09/2022
2.1 mile walk from The Pines car park (south of Hopton). Easy paths are well signposted 'Cliffe' leading to a to The Cliffe summit with a nice view for a little hill especially looking towards Wales. We then retraced our steps back to car park and walked very easily up onto Oliver's Point, again being well signposted. Dull and grey but thankfully no rain. A massive 94m ascent on the whole walk. A few people about.DanTrig18/06/2022

My 2000th tump! Celebrated with Meg and Richard and a tiny bottle of champagne. Lovely sunny day with clear views. Trig, topograph and bench on summit area- HP in brambles behind bench and in front of covered reservoir. Accessed on marked paths through Autumnal woodland from free Nesscliffe Hill Country Park carpark southeast of Hopton.Denise 27/10/2017
A great little summit and fine view point and justifiably popular. Unusually the high point and trig pillar are outside the reservoir enclosure. Denise's 2000th Tump celebrated with a glass of Champagne.RichardM27/10/2017
Only a short walk from parking place to trig and topograph. Nice viewpoint, would have been even better with an olde-worlde farm below and not a modern one!Aye Jimmy18/10/2017
