Parked at the water tower. HP beside gate opposite the WT. Decided we needed to stand on the very summit which was awkward as it was in the hedge. | DanMaisieBex | 21/04/2022 |
Circular walk from Waseley Hills Country Park car park | prwild | 30/12/2021 |
Final hill on a walk along the North Worcestershire Path from Hagley railway station, after Four Stones and Walton Hill. Quite a steep pull after the descent from Walton. Clouds of morning were lifting, making this a better top than it might have been. Headed back to Four Stones via Shutt Mill Lane and Rumbow Lane, a nice semi-circuit for the day. | thesweetcheat | 09/10/2021 |

Pull in at the water tower. Stepped out for a quick picture. With Carla and Evie. | RoguePulsar | 12/06/2021 |
A drive by | Play2End | 31/05/2021 |
Lovely snowy sunny walk from the Lickeys and Waseley but this summit is unmemorable. In field opposite 1930 water tower on road; clear views North. | Denise | 25/01/2021 |
This and Chapman's Hill as part of an 8km circular run from Romsley | sturuss | 12/01/2021 |

Quick look around by water tower when passing. | heavyhorses | 05/06/2019 |
A pinball summit - as I ricocheted on foot from hedge bank to hedge bank to verge bank to reservoir top etc until
all possible high points taken in on an erratic few minutes. | Chris Pearson | 06/04/2019 |
Nothing really to see; water tower just beside it. | sjb | 02/03/2019 |

Tried most of Dazingdales high points. | David Evans | 04/02/2019 |
I think I covered the list of spots recorded by Dazingdale while wandering/clambering around on the roadside. Job done then. | KC | 07/12/2018 |

4th top of 9 on a 28.7km route from Stourbridge Junction to Longbridge, climbing Wychbury Hill, The Four Stones and Walton Hill taking steep fp to Spring lane,Fieldhouse lane then fp curving round to the road and the Water Tower. The high points recorded were: 279m @ SO 95974 78663 (Bank within Water tower enclosure next to private property) 279m @ SO 95979 78689 beside Holly tree and small mound at its base on opposite side of the road, 279m @ SO 95982 78682 (in Holly thicket, close to wall and road) and 280m @ SO 95992 78685- on banking nearest gate. Banking on opposite side adjacent private property read lower. Re-joined North Worcestershire path to Chapman's Hill.... | Dazingdale | 01/09/2018 |
Pull-in alongside the water tower which, although across the road, makes a far better picture | moorsman | 05/08/2018 |
On 12 mile run from my parents' house. The four houses at my primary school were named after Wychbury, Clent (oddly known as the Four Stones here), Walton and Romsley hills. I was in Romsley, the perennial sports day wooden spoon outfit. I recall cycling past the water tower as a teenager. | campagvelocet | 01/07/2018 |
From Stourbridge Jct Station via Wychbury, the 4 Stones, and Walton Hill. Down to Romsley village and buses back to Birmingham. | NormanW | 07/03/2018 |
Parked in front of water tower, walked along road edges. Ground in field on opposite side of road from tower might be higher, so over gate opposite big house Whitewalls, through gap, took reading there. | Aye Jimmy | 17/02/2018 |
1/3 (Romsley Hill/Chapmans Hill/South Crest) | Fergalh | 29/12/2017 |
Stourbridge Junction stn - Wychbury Hill - The Four Stones - Walton Hill - Romsley Hill - Chapman's Hill - Beacon Hill - Rednal Hill - N Top - Longbridge station. What a great five-hour walk! All summits accessible, great views. | Mark Jackson | 04/11/2017 |

Drive by between Chapmams Hill and The Four Stones. | BobHancock | 09/03/2017 |
Parked by water tower gate then had a walk around various road side banks, the field and a look at the garden. | Dugswell2 | 20/01/2017 |
Parked in front of Aquiva's potentially lethal gate. The summit appears to me to be in a front garden along the road so I climbed to the top of the bank outside the fence, which is about level and got a strange look from a woman in the garden. If you buy houses on the summits of hills, you must expect this sort of thing. | Wycombe Wanderer | 24/12/2016 |
with Paddy. after Walton Hill. | Lou | 11/12/2016 |
Walking round Waseley Country Park, I extended my walk to bag this hill as well. | Alancache | 01/09/2016 |
Parked in lay by followed by short walk up lane. | Ramblingpaul | 15/04/2016 |
Short road walk from layby. | rhalstead | 20/03/2016 |
Parked by water Tower gate for quick visit to the earth bank and the pasture behind gate. | PeterD | 20/03/2016 |
Parked in a layby in Farley Lane. Walked up to summit. I agree the bank of grass next to the gate is highest point. Good views to the north from here. Had a beautiful walk down Winwood Health Road and around the block. | Viroco | 13/03/2016 |
4th Tump on walk from Barnt Green to Lye, a recommended and surprisingly rural walk. Clear crisp day. I had the impression that the road was in a shallow cutting and the ground at the front of the house on the S side of Farley Lane was not natural so the field on N side of road gets my vote. And again on:- 25-01-2021 in superb snowy conditions under cloudless skies and with exceptionally clear views. | RichardM | 24/02/2016 |
Drive by as top appears to be roadside | trimarc2 | 11/01/2016 |
Blue water tower on summit Ray side of road, but highest ground probably the bank of the entrance of the house next door to the north of it. | vegibagger | 04/11/2015 |
Roadside but went in neglected field too. Nice water tower nearby. | Adrian | 04/07/2015 |
Pulled in by the water tower and walked up and down the road a bit. | milimana | 29/06/2015 |
Parked in Arqiva's car park (telecomms company) and walked back. Obvious crest to road, but natural HP could be to north side of road, more likely than south side. | jonglew | 07/01/2015 |
Natural highpoint probably pasture N side of road. | RHW | 31/08/2014 |
Barnt Green to Stourbridge Junction. Field/road side bank just NE of water tower was my impression - but how natural? | Smudge | 19/01/2014 |
Bagged on way to visit son Henry at Birm Uni. Unimpressive top in middle of road with mainly obstructed views. Highlight is the water tower, which also has some parking at entrance. | Hillsidenick | 28/10/2013 |
