broad summit area with large cairn and gorsecjo01/04/2019
Parked on minor road to south at SX 24413 77271. Pathless ascent to summit but terrain okay.David Gradwell14/09/2017

Near the start of a scorching walk from Trebartha to visit Nine Stones and Goodaver stone circles. The summit gives good views to Nine Stones, there is a very badly trashed but substantial Bronze Age cairn that has been turned into a sheep shelter at the northeastern end of the summit ridge. The heatwave made for a nice dry walk up from the south and down the north side.thesweetcheat20/06/2017
Continuation from Hawk's Tor. Descended north to the Withey Brook, crossing it under the weir. Then followed track north to join the lane west of North Bowda. Then easily up by track past a stone cross to the summit plateau - a ridge this hill is not! Walk continued to Fox Tor. Solo.Man of Kernow111/04/2017
Superb sunny round of 7 Bodmin tumps. No tor, but low outcropping single rock on grass, with stunted gorse around, was high point. Cairn/ sheep pen to east. Approached easily from Fox Tor. Small bridge over stream at water works to south, and marshy on south side of stream.Denise 22/10/2016
From Fox Tor avoiding the nasty looking bog on its NE side. Summit neat cropped grass with thickets of gorse. Cairn on NE side is lower than the summit but does offer excellent views to the E.RichardM22/10/2016
Park at the highest point of the road to the south. An easy, but pathless, walk to the indeterminate summit.moorsman18/06/2016
From SSE, from road highpoint. Flat grassy summit: large gorse bush appears higher than nearby outcrop.RHW13/04/2014
