From rough tor car park across fields. Weather wasn’t too bad at this point. Mostly over rough groundThe-Z-Man24/07/2023
Parked at Rough Tor Car Park and, having climbed Brown Willy previously, did a circuit of Rough Tor, Louden Hill, Garrow Tor and Butter Tor. Lovely walk and no difficult bits other than getting on Rough Tor's summit rock.7.25 miles, 2h 45 mins.clivevilla29/06/2022

From the good track to the S. Obvious high point of sloping granite slab / tor. Also visited the slightly lowewr hill of landscaped Stannon spoil to the NW.RichardM25/08/2018
1st of a round of 6 hills with L and Darren on the best day of the week - no thick gloom and driving drizzle today. Climbed the reclaimed hill of the china clay works to west first - later Lidar showed it to be 4.5 m lower than Louden Hill. The old China clay lake was readily bought by SW Water when the works closed as it provided a ready made reservoir. (The lake was formed by the constant use of high pressure water hoses to mine the soft china clay.)Chris Pearson21/08/2018
rough tor, Brown willy, Logan rock picked up at Alex torcjo16/06/2018
Pleasant easy scramble to tops of slabs- two possible HPs, one obviously higher. Also ascended the nearby grassed -over quarry spoil heap which we initially thought might over top Louden- but once there this is evidently not the caseDenise 25/05/2018
