4 of 5 on 15 mile hike starting in a lay-by just past brockwell village. Prickly bushes from off the path. With chantelleThe-Z-Man30/08/2021
Followed track SE- parking at track road junction. Thick gorse filled me with dread but luckily there was a cut section in the levelish summit area. HP indistinct. Nice views for lunch.Denise 25/10/2020
From the NNW on track from road. I thought it was going to be a fight through gorse but luckily, if you hold your nerve, the track reaches an area of 'mown' hillside with the summit high point. All quite level. Good views.RichardM25/10/2020
Up track from NW and then a short prickly section.Herbert Anchovy30/01/2020
Short walk from NW on a good track. Then into heather & gorse to find HPfosal2919/09/2019
From road to NW along track and then to HP in gorse, cut back area to south seemed lower.PeterD19/04/2019

Parked to the north, up the track before thrashing about in the heather and gorse. I then discovered that the HP is in an area that has been cleared.clivevilla27/03/2019

From NNW, gorse is shin height only, not bad at all. On 1:50k looks like twin top but on 1:10k hill to WNW at SS 87641 45063 is 1m lowerRHW03/04/2015
Thick gorse around the highest point.davidpettit8429/03/2015
Porlock Weir to Porlock. Checked out grassy 317m spot @ SS876450 as well as the gorse ridden summit location.Smudge07/03/2015
A quick walk up!!! Yes it would have been apart from the fact there is no path to the very top, I ended up wading through heather and gorse it was very painful and the summit was flat making it hard to know where the actual top is. I will not be visiting the summit again!!!isabelle09/03/2014
Verge parking at SS 88493 44986. Good track but upon leaving it the last 100m entails wallowing in heather and gorse.David Gradwell23/10/2011
