From Folly Farm after Lyscombe Hill. We met the farmer and his wife, and dogs on the RoW - very friendly but we decided to be prudent and walk to Watcombe Wood, a place they liked very much. We returned and bagged the undistinguished HP about 10 mins after meeting them. With Pete.pwheeler04/06/2023

From Dugswell's chariot tethered N of Folly cottage. HP probably in western field.Smudge27/03/2015
Parked at Folly and climbed with Lyscombe Hill. I turned right off the track on the top of the hill. I took the summit to be a small rise at ST72130 03471. I visited other rises but this looked the highest but it was difficult to tell in the low angled sunlight at the end of the day. There must have been a pheasant shoot close by as the guns were non stop and very close.isabelle31/01/2014
