From car park to west along ridge. Visited trig first and then up to eastern HP near fence and copse. As is always the case each looks higher from the other. Good views. | PeterD | 03/03/2023 |
Solo. Room for a few cars by the bend in the road to the West of the ROW. Nice stroll with excellent views. Doubled back from East top to head North to Windmill Hill. | MickyRoss | 23/12/2021 |
Strange place for car park at end of No Through Road to west the straight along ROW with extensive views north . | Mark Sims | 07/12/2018 |
This is an essentially level sheep pasture ridge with two possible high points: the west end with a trig on the S side of the hedge and the east end, at the western end of a copse. We thought the east end was slightly higher. Superb rolling farmland views and we continued on. Parking to west of ridge at end of road in large manure yard. | Denise | 02/04/2018 |
Pleasant grassy ridge walk from parking in silage yard at W end. E Top appears higher and is higher according to the 1inch series OS map and GE. Great views. | RichardM | 02/04/2018 |
