19km circuit from Bampton over 7 Tumps. 4/7. Track to SS 9486 2531, through deer gate, then left onto higher mown grassy track to summit. | PGCE | 13/12/2022 |
Parked in Morebath, up Morebath Hill first, then along road, up the ROW which ends at deer gate. Headed SW soon picking up path up to fence and onto white stone in field. Ground by fence could be HP as higher than base of the white rock. | PeterD | 21/04/2022 |

From SE, driving along green lane 100-150m as not possible to park on minor road. Veered off W at SS 9487 2526 to follow deer fence, then over it to head due N to the white boulder - looked quartzite to my untrained eye, but less than 1m high as was easily able to step onto it. Hill minus boulder puts HP short distance E. | jonglew | 21/04/2017 |
From se, green lane, deer fence gate, track to summit, 1m White boulder (hence the name? unsure whether quartzite or painted) W of fence on slightly lower ground but overtops highest pasture | RHW | 12/03/2017 |
