Parked at 92181 25064 ,over the gate opposite, up the pasture with the forest edge on my left, over a stile at the top then followed the edge of the wheat field to hp on the far side near the forest edge.clivevilla31/07/2023

Steep climb through bracken & low brambles from the PRoW to the N. Descended by following the edge of the forest SW, then over a stile to descend to the road at Leigh Court. Good views S. Part of a 18 mile loop over the hills of the Vale of Wardour & beyond.DanMaisieBex13/09/2020
Approached through steep scrubby woods from RoW to South. HP appeared to be at fenceline, though all quite level. White tailed deer in trees.Denise 12/01/2020
From the forest track we pick our way S through open trees and bramble to the BWF bounding the woods. High point on fence line, pleasant view of valley to S.RichardM12/01/2020
Bit of a nightmare with the summit field full of a grass route crop covered in mist dew. Along the south side in the stubble field next door then up east side, through long grass, nettle, bracken mix. Ugh.vegibagger23/08/2019
From Donhead St Andrew up road then path to north of summit, then directly up through undergrowth in the rain. Then along field edge to HP.PeterD09/06/2019
Along the track until north of the summit, then zig-zagging up to avoid brambles and undergrowth where possible. The easiest way is through some beach trees which seem to have suppressed all other growth beneath them. Finally, over a fence into the summit field.Herbert Anchovy08/10/2018
Loop from Tisbury station (day trip from London): High Wood, Donhead Hill, West End Hill, Win Green, White Sheet Hill, Ansty Hill, Castle Ditches. Rough climb through woods from right of way to N - only parts of a path found.Mark Jackson21/10/2017
2nd of a 3 TuMP walk with L and the dogs from Donhead St Andrew. The dogs loved scouting ahead on the steep wooded scramble to the summit field.Chris Pearson12/04/2017
From FP to west. There are gates into wood and vehicle track running south-north just inside wood perimeter. About 100 yards left of 3rd gate, a small rough track bears up the steep slope and runs out near the top. Interesting mini route!!trimarc224/11/2016
On a round from Win Green using the Wessex Ridgeway into Wardour Woods Forestery Commission there is a track that heads back on the main path then straight up very steep to cornerphilhythe19/11/2016
Climbed from the W. There was wheat growing in the summit field.Chris Peart30/07/2015
On a round of Wilts tumps: Ansty Hill, High Wood, Donhead Hill and West End Hill. Parking roadside in Swallowcliffe (very limited). From Old Wardour Castle, where RoW starts to contour round hill side then straight up through woodland to summit at forest/field boundary fence.jonglew27/11/2014
Shaftsbury to Tisbury. Unmapped track doubles back W to opposite the house for a NW assault on the steep bank - a lot of nettle bashing required on upper section to reach fence at this time of year.Smudge11/07/2014
Forest fence. From W: NE along RoW then S straight up RHW07/04/2012
