From Stanton Prior village, along the footpath through the fields on the south-east side of the hill, up through the wood to the clearing on the top, then west to the highest point on the western edge of the sweetcorn crop.Mariana Trench12/08/2017

From col, initially on track, then up on clearing through the bluebells and finally a narrower track to top. Spot height probably HP. On returning to car had a withering look from two old dears who arrived as I did . Were obviously unhappy I had parked in their space.PeterD24/04/2016

Parked in the col between this hill and Winsbury Hill. Easy climb to the top, using tracks in places but otherwise just heading through the trees. The top is a clearing in the wood with a game bird cover crop, pheasant feeders and a single entrance badger sett.Herbert Anchovy26/01/2015
