A lovely name but today it was Rainy Hill as a heavy shower swept across soaking the long grass. No time to sit it out in shelter as I was on a mission to link 3 Tumps between buses in 1hr 34 precisely from Wincanton to return for lunch to school camp at Bruton. (close shave with 5 mins to spare). Meanwhile on a somewhat longer mission was Paul Tierney in The Lakes, who was just hours away from taking the phenomenal record for running all the Wainwright’s continuously in 6 days and 6 hours and 3 mins. I’ve been hooked dot watching the live online tracker all week!Chris Pearson20/06/2019
