From Halnaker La., along the field margin. 2nd of walk connecting the 4 Tumps round E.Meon. All their HPs needed a trespass of at least 1 km to reach off Rows. A discrete sign indicated no Row so, like Dominic Cummings, I took it as advisory and ignored it. At least I was within the covid19 restrictions on my walk. See Pidham Hill for continuation of route. | pwheeler | 24/05/2020 |

Permadrizzle but Molly dog needed a walk. 1 and half hrs circuit from East Meon ( chosen as Domesday village in 1986 to have a model created as to how its changed in 1000
years) . Same mud still around probably. Repeat ascent.
Different dog. | Chris Pearson | 10/03/2018 |
Climbed from Halnaker Lane after Henwood Down - ( steep direct descent through woods ). Small sign saying no PROW, followed field boundary to top. 100s of Pheasants. Crop ( corn ) was very thick on the top making detecting the HP very difficult. | DanMaisieBex | 07/10/2017 |
Clanfield to East Meon. | Smudge | 31/03/2017 |
Encircled the hill this time keeping to row on 3 hr circular walk from East Meon with L and Molly the Irish Terrier. We shared the dismay of a fellow dog walker whose muzzled greyhound rocketed off across the hill chasing a rabbit ignoring a barrage of owner shouting and whistle blowing. The rabbit's tactics with no cover was to run round in tight circles which seemed to be working. | Chris Pearson | 31/12/2016 |
