After Faringdon hill, a short drive to the National Trust car park with Lesley and after validating my card, a short walk through the middle (as the Western section of the ring is clearly lower) then exploration of ramparts.High point likely adjacent large Two-trunked Sycamore. Lovely sunshine today. Lesley enjoyed the atmosphere. Afterwards we headed over to Great Coxwell Tithe Barn which is of a stupendous size. We continued to Chedworth Roman Villa. Free Nat Trust car park on Highworth to Faringdon road at Badbury Clump. Highest point somewhere around the ramparts of the hill fork - walked all the way around just ot be sure.
